all right so why will most of you guys never complete your first real estate deal and ultimately fail in real estate you see it's simple a lot of gurus people teaching the game nowadays people who are trying to lead other people are just honestly not frank enough and the truth is is so many people are trying to avoid doing the work like it's so simple guys if you actually look at the process of whole selling a house you find somebody in need somebody who needs a service they've got a property that the house is just destroyed it's they've got a tenant that's abusing them or you know just taking advantage of the situation they've got a house that was in a hurricane who knows whatever this situation might be you're finding somebody who needs you know that service and needs to get rid of that house they're in need most businesses serve a person in need Apple serve as a person in need of more convenience a cooler looking phone right Toyota serves people in need of a reliable car or whatever so you're serving somebody in need of selling the house fast right and you're taking that you're getting that property under contract at a fair price and then you're selling that contract via an assignment to a partner or buyer whatever you want to call it it's not a complicated process guys it's actually very simple and the crazy thing is is that wherever you are in the country even if you're in another you know another country across the world chances are there's multiple people in your local area flipping and doing deals right in the United States if you're out of the country and if you're in the in the country then a hundred percent chance that there's at least one person in your market doing 10 20 30 50 100 deals a month you know that's what the crazy thing is you guys don't realize how big this world is so why will most people fail us because we're trying to avoid doing the actual work which by the way if you can't see my face perfectly I apologize my little flip thing on my camera is not working right now and I don't really care at this point it's just mainly for what I'm saying then actually looking at my face so anyways okay we're all afraid to do the work okay I have so many students during the course and they say not so many but a select few the people who don't understand the value of doing the work okay they come in and you know once you have over a thousand students a few people are bound to do this and it's just sad to see they come in and they say I have trouble finding seller leads I'm like okay what does that mean right what do you mean you know you're having trouble finding seller leads well you know I I made a few calls and hearing that and this and that and I put out some letters and knocked on some doors what does that mean oh how many doors did you knock on how many calls did you make well I think I made a few calls and I went on two doors and it was last Friday so I don't really remember okay what does that even mean okay it's simple you do the work you get the results you can't even tell me how many calls you made and you expect to have results seriously if you want results you're gonna sit down and you're gonna make 50 phone calls a day or if you don't like to call you're gonna sit down and you're gonna send 50 emails to you know Zillow for Sale By Owner leads or 50 text messages to Craigslist for rent by owner leads hey are you looking to sell what price would you be asking oh my goodness do that every week for a month fifty fifty a day tell me you don't have a deal after that obviously there's stuff in between which is great because if they're in the course they have all that stuff filled in like contracts and title companies all that stuff they know how to do that now let's just do the work and so many of us are afraid to do the work and you know why is because so many gurus are out there saying oh it's so easy it's so easy anybody can do this no you know all you have to do is do the work the truth is is most you guys will fail because most you guys are not willing to do the work what percentage of people in the gym are actually fit and what percentage of the people in the gym are just showing up there every day for a year and have no results and then at the end of the year like oh I have no results I'm not gonna go to the gym anymore well how hard did you go when you worked out what exercise did you do how many reps did you do well I just kind of go I walk on the treadmill shouldn't that be enough come on really you set two text messages to sellers and you expect a deal you called for sellers and you expect a deal you hit up one agent and he told you whole selling is illegal yet he has zero listings it hasn't closed a deal in four years as an agent and you believe him and you let that stop you seriously like people's limiting beliefs and just general avoidance to do the work it's just crazy you got people closed one deal and they're trying to hire an acquisition manager they have five grand in their bank account just do the work build up your cash reserves make the decision when you're ready right it's crazy it's crazy to me and look I get it sometimes I'm afraid to do the work okay I've got this YouTube channel here where I bring a lot of value I share a lot a lot of value with you guys for free I have tons of students who all get tons of results and for some reason I just don't do the work and post videos it's crazy so on my end I'm gonna do 60-day sprint on YouTube every day I'm gonna post a video bringing you guys jam-packed value more Valuev ever seen from me in the past and you're gonna love it because guess what I'm ready to do the work I've been doing the work for the last three months I just haven't been sharing it on social media YouTube is a great place to change lives a great great place to help people a great place to build my network so I'm gonna do the work on YouTube I invite you if you want to be in real estate and you don't want to be one of those people who fail do the work if you got money to invest in marketing invest the money what are you afraid of learning I mean let's say you spent a thousand dollars on marketing you get a hundred leads or whatever 50 leads or whatever you get and one of them ends up being a deal right what if then you made 20 grand on that deal now your life's changed off of a thousand dollar investment you have no money great follow what I share for free do the work cold call door knock text everything that I've shared with you guys do the work I did the work to get my first deal I was out at 2:00 3:00 4:00 in the morning in the rough areas of town in Arizona Phoenix Arizona I was out there putting out signs that I made handwritten you know the only reason I ended up having 20 signs that were not hand read were pre-printed was because I went out put out a hundred of his signs for him and he never paid me and so they were actually investor you know like like investor coaching signs they weren't even real estate we buy houses it was like I'll teach you how to flip houses he wasn't even doing deals at least I don't think he was and he accidentally gave me 20 he never paid me supposed to he owed me 150 bucks so I just kept the 20 but I that what you some of you guys would say that's a lucky break you didn't see the two nights in a row at 3:00 in the morning in the I don't want to say the ghetto whatever the rough area putting out sighs you didn't see that so it seems like luck you don't see that countless hours of grind then I put in you don't see the countless hours of grind that my successful students put in it's not supposed to be easy okay and if you think it's gonna be easy then great don't do it because guess what you're gonna get derailed a week in so I'm sorry for my rant it's just I get so frustrated because I see so many people making the same mistakes of not wanting to do the work since all my mentors have been drowning into my head for the last years and it's only started clicking the last really six months or so okay do the work put in the grind don't be afraid of it doesn't mean you always want to live there doesn't mean you want to be proud of it I'm not proud of it I want to hire people I want to outsource more I want to become a better business owner better better system system Iser but to be able to do that you have to first do the work and even then you're doing the work to build the system okay and that's where I'm at right now doing the work to build the system okay so like I said 60 days sprint I'm doing the work here on YouTube build my network build my core stuff like that and share value with you guys help you guys close deals all that kind of stuff because at this point I have way
