Project Brutality 3.0 is an upcoming version of one of the best available mods for the classic Doom – expect a lot of fun when playing it Mod – Project Brutality 3.0 GitHub version / WAD – Riot Control / Addon – CrosshairHP & Flashlight Please note that the Project Brutality 3.0 in its current state is still Work In Progress, so bugs are to be expected, including crashes to the desktop! The Riot Control mappack consists four levels made in the Quake 1 style – you can see that textures and colors are quite similar to the first episode of Quake 1 Thankfully all of the levels are not way too long with very confusing puzzle to solve or lots of corridors, maps are really fun to play The secrets are also hidden in not so difficult places to spot, there are several hidden teleports behind the fake walls or dark corridors with Soulsphere It is definetely a mappack targeted at intermediate players who are fresh to the Doom mods, there are not sudden Cyberdemons or Archviles spawning next to you The only problematic situations might come from the Mancubi or Revenants in the open areas outside the corridors, when you are shot from all directions Sometimes you might have opened a wall just behind you, in such situations you have a lot of area to navigate, just stay out from Baron’s sight Basically when you have Project Brutality 3.0 together with such powerful gear like Nailgun or Minigun, most of the encounter are easy to deal with You might also find some upgrades during the game, as always the Automatic Shotgun is the best thing to clean the corridors from the hellspawn This mappack has only two Archvile spawns in total, when you meet that annoying Flesh Wizard, just grab the Pulse Rifle and shoot at it!
