Very nice set up for your documentary work.
It sounds like a wonderful project and kudos to you getting a month off to do it. I grew up and still live in rural Tennessee, I did leave the small town to serve in the USAF so I saw the big towns and cities of the world, but since then I have come back to the smaller towns… It will be interesting what you find special or unique about these communities. It is often easy to get swept up in the cliches of people who maybe live in these small towns, older homes and possibly less worldly views of society. Glad you are bringing us along for the ride.
Journey begins 🙌 Bon voyage!!!
Your set up makes sense about what you need and what you're going to use it for. Looking forward for the photos. Have fun 😀
Super exciting Andrew! Sending all the good vibes and looking forward to see what you get yourself into 🙂
Don’t forget to keep us updated… good luck Andrew
Finally a photographer sharing a photography project, not just gear and Lightroom techniques 👍😃
I'm pretty excited!! Great thing!
I‘m absolutely looking forward to see your photos and videos of this project. Documentary photography is certainly my favourite type of photography. Are you planning on doing a zine or even a book afterwards, if the project succeeds?
I sooooo love it! After you posted your last video I commented that the small town video is my favorite of your videos so far and now you are doing this? This is so great! (Disclaimer: I'm totally aware that you must be preparing this for some time now but I still feel the urge to take credit… 🙂 )
Excellent – I hope it goes well. I think it will.
This looks great, I am really looking forward to seeing your videos. When you did this last time, it was great to watch, really interesting. Are you planning to get back on your bike again this year at any point?
Excited for this project 😊
Maybe try contacting the local church or community center to see if you can get an into and some pointers first. This should speed things up a lot for you. Or contact one photographer in the town and get them to refer you. I look forward to seeing the results.
Excited to see this! Thanks for sharing and good luck.
Great project, I did a similar project a few years ago called intimate-inanimate all shot on X pro 2 and 35 1.4. I can send you a link if you want to see it. Good luck pal
Great idea man. Looking forward to the videos.
Great to see something coming up about photography, not gear ! Good luck getting out there.
